I'm having difficulty logging into the learning portal.

Here are some steps to follow if you're having trouble logging into the learning portal.

1. Ensure that you're using your work email (the email you've been receiving communications from us). 
2. Navigate to the learning portal and click "Forgot username or password?" on the login page. If this is your first time logging in, this is also the method for setting your password. 
3. After completing the "Forgot username or password?" step, check both your inbox and spam. If you don't receive a link within 5 minutes, please contact us via one of these methods:
   1. Using the live chat feature in the corner of the screen on the Learning Portal website:
