It says I need to contact the Site Admin to reset my password.

The email you received may have looked like this:

If you received this message, it means you need to use the SSO (single sign on) link to login, not the direct learning portal link.

Not sure how to find your SSO link? Try these steps:

  1. Check your inbox for the Orientation welcome email. We recommend searching your inbox for an email from learning@altaclaro.com. 
  2. Check the calendar invite for your live review session. It should be linked there under "Associate Link" or "Participant Link." Here's what to look for on your calendar invite:
  3. If you're unable to find your SSO link after trying both of the above steps, please email support@altaclaro.com or click here to submit a support ticket. We will then follow up with the SSO link.
